Importers may apply or submit a Verification Request (VR) online after receiving a user login and password from KSO Sucofindo Surveyor Indonesia.
If the VR received is complete and correct, KSO SCISI will issue a Verification Order (VO) within 1x24 hours and send confirmation of the issuance of the VO to the importer along with a proforma invoice for a verification fee of 50% according to the temporary submission of the value of the goods listed in the VR.
KSO SCISI will send the VO to the KSO branch/representative office in the country of origin of the goods to be forwarded to the exporter. Within an estimated 1x24 hours after receiving the VO, the KSO SCISI LN office will send an RFI (Request for Information) to the exporter to be filled out and accompanied by supporting documents for inspection purposes such as proforma invoices, detailed packing lists, and other technical information about the related products, along with information on the date of goods readiness and the location of the inspection. Confirmation of the request for physical verification of goods along with supporting documents is submitted by the exporter to KSO SCISI

LN. Once the documents are complete and correct, KSO SCISI LN will provide a verification schedule to the importer within 3x24 hours.
After the physical verification process in the country/port of loading is completed and in accordance with the supporting documents, the importer is required to send the final documents to KSO SCISI via the web (commercial Invoice, Packing List and B/L or AWB). The final document delivery is also carried out by the exporter to KSO SCISI LN. Furthermore, within an estimated 2x24 hours, KSO SCISI will issue a Surveyor Report in accordance with the results of the physical verification conducted by KSO SCISI LN. Importers can download the Surveyor Report via the VPTI website after paying the invoice from KSO SCISI.
