Conformity Verfication of Foreign Halal Products is a process involving document verification and limited physical inspection to ensure that imported products comply with the Halal Certificate/Registration Number, Halal Label or Non-Halal Declaration, as well as import documentation and applicable Halal Product Assurance (JPH) requirements.

Importers who already hold a Halal Certificate or a Foreign Halal Certificate Registration are required to conduct PPH in the country of origin and/or country of loading prior to shipment in order to obtain a Halal Product Assurance Verification Report (LPPH), which must be attached to the import customs declaration.

KSO SCISI, a Joint Operation between PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) and PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero), is a state-owned inspection body appointed by the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) to provide Halal Product Assurance Verification (PPH) services for foreign products entering Indonesia.
